Where do I register to see the wholesale prices?
ALL PRICES ON OUR WEBSITE ARE WHOLESALE PRICES. WE DO NOT SELL RETAIL. We do not ask you to register to see our wholesale prices. Simply click "Shop" at the top of the page then choose "New Customer" from the drop down menu.

How do I create an account?
An account is created for you when you place your first order with our company.

What do I need to buy from you?

There are three requirements to purchase from Pioneer Wholesale Co.

  • You must have a State Tax ID number or Federal Employer Identification number in order to purchase from us. Customers located in the state of Ohio must provide us with a valid, signed sales tax exemption form at the time of ordering. If you do not have a form, call us and we can fax you the form and then you can fax it back to us.
  • All first orders must be paid for with a credit card. Large companies without credit cards may call us for options.
  • All first orders need to be $100 or more. Please note that we do offer a $20 First Order Discount on all first orders of $100 or more. Also, if you need to see a sample of an item before you place a large order, you may purchase a sample. You must pay for the product and the shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?
No, we are not able to do that and keep our prices low. Remember what your father told you that there is no such thing as a free lunch? Well, there generally isn't truly free shipping either. At times some of our competitiors offer free shipping, however they charge much more the merchandise to begin with.

What are your shipping charges?
All of our shipping fees are calculated by weight, dimension and the location to which they are going. We do not have any flat rate fees. When an order is placed with us, we pack up what we have in stock. We pack as economically as possible. Then we weigh the box and enter your address into the computer. The shipping cost is then calculated by the computer. Therefore, it is impossible for us to give any kind of a shipping estimate, and still be fair to YOU. If we were to estimate, we would have to estimate high, which we know our customers will not appreciate! However, if you request it, we are happy to call you with a final total so that you know how much the shipping cost is.

Can you give me an estimate of the shipping charges?
We are sorry, but with the great varities of items that we have, varying in size and weight, and the huge differences in distance, it is impossible to give a reliable estimate. To save on shipping costs, see our Cut Shipping Costs page.

What if I don't like something I purchase? May I return it?
RETURN POLICY:

  • Everyday merchandise may be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Time sensitive seasonal merchandise may be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
  • Special order merchandise is not returnable.
  • There is a 10% restocking charge on ALL returned merchandise.
  • Merchandise must be unused, in it's original inner packing.
  • Merchandise must be packed and shipped so that it will arrive at our warehouse in its original, brand new condition.
  • Customer is responsible for, and must pay freight charges BOTH ways, from us and to us.
  • Pioneer Wholesale Co. will pick up merchandise at our expensive ONLY if there was an error or mistake on our part, or a merchandise defect.
  • Please BE SURE that what you are ordering is what you want and need. DOUBLE CHECK size, dimensions (inside or outside), color, finish, etc. Shipping things back and forth is very expensive and frustrating for all. If there is ANY question, please order a sample.

I am looking to buy a lot of a certain item. Will you send me a free sample?
Unfortunately, we are unable to send free samples. (We would never sell anything!) If you would like to purchase a sample, you may call and order it. You will have to pay for the product plus shipping.

I need my order tomorrow. Can you ship it overnight?
If we have the product in stock, we can ship it anyway you like via UPS or FedEx, including next day air or second day air. HOWEVER, please note that when you ship something overnight, basically you are buying a plane ticket for the box. Many people do not understand how expensive air services are. It can cost hundreds of dollars to send a small box overnight. That is not our charge, it is the charge of the shipping company. We will be happy to ship this way if necessary - just be sure before you order. There is no refund of special shipping charges.

Can I place my order over the phone?
Absolutely! Many people prefer to call with questions when ordering. We appreciate both internet and phone orders.

How do I place an order?

  • Online- via our shopping cart system!
  • By phone- To place an order by phone, please write down the stock number, the quantity you wish to order, and the price shown online. Also, have ready your tax id number and your credit card. Then call our office, 8:30-4:30 Eastern Time, M-F.
  • By Fax- fax orders to: 440-234-5403. Please be sure to include your company name, shipping address, and a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
  • By E-mail- email orders to: info@pioneerwholesaleco.com. DO NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER OVER EMAIL. CALL TOLL-FREE 888-234-5400 WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AFTER SENDING THE EMAIL. Please be sure to include your company name, shipping address, and a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
  • What is the minimum order?
    $100 for your first order. After that you may order amounts under $100, although we do ask that you order a reasonable amount.

    What forms of payment do you accept?
    All first orders must be paid for with a credit card. We take Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. After your first order, established companies may apply for credit, or you may have orders come to you C.O.D.

    How do I open a credit account with your company?
    You may apply for credit, but it will take a week or two to process. Please call and we will fax you a credit application.

    Do you have a catalog?
    We carry over 4000 different items and our selection changes weekly. We have found that it is impossible to keep a paper catalog current without having to throw away thousands of catalog pages as merchandise gets discontinued. In the end, we would have to reflect this expense in the prices of our merchandise. So we decided that... In order to keep our prices down, we do not have a complete paper catalog.     If I order a large quantity can I get an extra discount?
    Since we are a wholesale company, our prices are already based on quantity and are very low. Additional discounts are generally not available except in the case of extremely high quantities.

    I am looking for something that you don't have. Will you special order it for me?
    Due to our 29 years in the buiness we have extended contacts and knowledge of who has what - and where to get unusual things. Click here for more details. Special or large orders naturally require a reasonable dollar or quantity minimum if the items are not in stock.

    Do you ship to anywhere other than the Continental USA?
    We very often ship to Hawaii and Alaska and can do so as reasonably as possible. We have experience shipping to Canada and regularly do. We can ship to any US properties, such as Guam or Puerto Rico, or to US Naval Bases anywhere in the world. If you are located in the Caribbean, Mexico or Central America, but have a consolidator in the states, such as Miami, we are happy to ship to the US address. Shipping to any countries other than the US & Canada requires a minimum order of $1000, paid in full on a credit card. However, please remember that the farther away you are, the more expensive it is to ship to, and freight charges may become prohibitive.

    Do you drop ship?
    In most cases, no. We especially DO NOT drop ship smaller orders to YOUR customers. We are an importer and wholesaler selling minimum $100 orders to established businesses only.

    Do you have a salesman in my area?
    We have salesmen that service Ohio, Northern Kentucky, West Virginia, North Western Pennsylvania and much of Georgia and Florida. If you are located in any of those areas, please call and we will gladly connect you to our representative in your area

    We are experienced in providing start up inventories in artificials, containers, ribbon, baskets and glass. However, we are not advisors in the legal or financial aspects of business start ups.

    I would like to buy flowers for my wedding. Can I buy from you?
    We are wholesale only. We do not sell retail. We recommend that you seek the advice of a qualified retail florist in your local area.

    May we use your photos on our website or in our catalog?
    We are sorry, but this site is fully copyrighted and it is illegal and prohibited to use any of the text or photos in any way, shape or form.
