ABOUT US

International Orders

We only sell wholesale. We do not sell retail.

You must be an established business in a related trade in order to purchase from us.

Canadian Orders:

  1. Due to shipping and duties cost, we find it is best for both parties if orders are at least $300.
  2. Customer is responsible for all brokerage/GST/province taxes and duties.
  3. Orders under $1000 can be paid for by credit card or wire transfer. Orders over $1000 must be paid for by wire transfer.
  4. We only ship to Canada using FedEx or FedEx Freight.
  5. We do not ship glass or ceramics to Canada. 

All Other Countries:

  1. All international orders must be a minimum of $300.
  2. International orders must be paid for with a wire transfer. Once there is established account history, occasionally provisions can be made to accept credit cards.
  3. We will only ship internationally to addresses with a U.S. postal zip code (such as a military base) OR through a U.S. freight forwarder.
  4. Customer must provide us with an accurate address for their U.S. freight forwarder in writing.
  5. We are only able to provide the cost of merchandise and the cost of shipping to the freight forwarder. Customer is responsible for payment of shipping costs from the freight forwarder’s location to the final destination, as well as duties, customs and other taxes.
  6. Customer is responsible for communicating with the freight forwarder regarding the final destination of the shipment.
  7. We do not ship glass or ceramics internationally. 
  8. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at any time.
