Requirements to Purchase from Pioneer Wholesale Co.

We ONLY SELL WHOLESALE. We DO NOT SELL RETAIL. You must be an ESTABLISHED BUSINESS in order to purchase from us.

There are three requirements to purchase from Pioneer Wholesale Co.

You must have a State Tax ID number or Federal Employer Identification number in order to purchase from us. Customers located in the state of Ohio must provide us with a valid, signed sales tax exemption form at the time of ordering. If you do not have a form, call us and we can fax you the form and then you can fax it back to us.
All first orders must be paid for with a credit card. Large companies without credit cards may call us for options.
All first orders need to be $100 or more. Please note that we do offer a $20 First Order Discount on all first orders of $100 or more. Also, if you need to see a sample of an item before you place a large order, you may purchase a sample. You must pay for the product and the shipping.
