Return Policy

Serving the event, gift and floral professional is our top priority. We hope you never have to return an item, but we are here to help if you need to.

It is our goal to provide you a reasonable resolution, taking all factors into account.

To initiate a return, please contact customer service at 440-234-5400 or resolutions@pioneerwholesaleco.com. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return your item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, so please make sure you contact us first.

Claims for defective or damaged merchandise:

  • Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt!
  • You must notify us within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Our liability is limited to replacement of missing or damaged products only.  We are not obligated for consequential damages.
  • An RMA number is required for all returns. Please call 440-234-5400 or e-mail: resolutions@pioneerwholesaleco.com to obtain an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 
  • Merchandise must be returned to Pioneer unused and in its original inner packaging.
  • We will waive the return shipping fee if you are returning an item that is defective or damaged.

If you bought the wrong item or the item is no longer needed:

  • We will accept returns of standard stock merchandise within 15 days of invoice date.
  • An RMA# is required for all returns. Please call 440-234-5400 or e-mail: resolutions@pioneerwholesaleco.com to obtain an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Merchandise must be returned to Pioneer unused and in its original inner packing.
  • Merchandise must be packed and shipped so that it will arrive at our warehouse in its original, brand-new condition.
  • Items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on special order merchandise, final sale merchandise or used merchandise.

We understand mistakes and damages happen. Among our core values at Pioneer are to treat others as we would want to be treated, work as a team, go the extra mile, and solve problems. Because of this, our return policy is fair and reasonable.
