Return Policy

Claims for defective, damaged or missing merchandise:

You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Please inspect your shipment immediately!

If merchandise is not defective or damaged:

  • Everyday merchandise may be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Time-sensitive seasonal merchandise may be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
  • Special order merchandise is not returnable.
  • Merchandise must be unused and in its original inner packing.
  • Merchandise must be packed and shipped so that it will arrive at our warehouse in its original, brand-new condition.
  • Unless a product is defective or damaged, customer is responsible for and must pay all shipping charges.
  • There is a 10% restocking charge on all returned merchandise.
  • If you feel you must return merchandise, contact us by phone or email and we will do our best to give you fair and reasonable service. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
