Return Policy

Claims for defective, damaged or missing merchandise:

You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Please inspect your shipment immediately! 

If merchandise is not defective or damaged:

  • Everyday merchandise may be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Time sensitive seasonal merchandise may be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
  • Special order merchandise is not returnable.
  • Merchandise must be unused, in it's original inner packing.
  • Merchandise must be packed and shipped so that it will arrive at our warehouse in its original, brand new condition.
  • Unless a product is defective or damaged, customer is responsible for and must pay freight charges BOTH ways.
