Claims for defective, damaged or missing merchandise:
You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Please inspect your shipment immediately!
If merchandise is not defective or damaged:
- Everyday merchandise may be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
- Time sensitive seasonal merchandise may be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
- Special order merchandise is not returnable.
- Merchandise must be unused, in it's original inner packing.
- Merchandise must be packed and shipped so that it will arrive at our warehouse in its original, brand new condition.
- Unless a product is defective or damaged, customer is responsible for and must pay freight charges BOTH ways.
