Luxury Blooms: The Beauty of Premium Silk Wisteria

Luxury Blooms: The Beauty of Premium Silk Wisteria

Wisteria is one of the most heartwarming flowers with its abundant, draping nature reminiscent of secret gardens and country cottages. Its naturally flowing form lends itself to events that need to exude charm and elegance. Wisteria provides a thick blanket of color and texture that can elevate any setting.

Wisteria grows in climbing vines and its flowers bloom in drooping stalks. The dense flower clusters along with vibrant green, ovate leaves, embody organic form and flow.

Sentimental couples may use the flower in wedding decor, as wisteria symbolizes resilience and longevity. It is also one of the only flowers to naturally come in blue, a customer and wedding favorite.

While the full blooms and wood vines create a beautiful focal point in any arrangement, designing with fresh, woody stems can be stressful, expensive, and labor intensive. In nature, wisteria's vines have aggressive growth habits and climbing agility that can topple trellises. Even when the flowers are cut for use in event work, they are very heavy. Many event florists opt for life-like silk wisterias to achieve the abundant look without the intense mechanics needed to support and balance a heavy weight. Designing with silk wisteria also improves the workflow for events. Designing ahead and spreading labor while still working regular business hours can lessen stress and increase profit during event season.

About Pioneer’s Wisteria

Available in two popular varieties, floral designers can purchase wisteria in bushes or by the branch.

Pioneer’s wisteria bushes have nine stems that can be separated and inserted in individual arrangements or used in larger event designs. Flowers graduate in size from one-half inch to four-inch blooms in the draping form of the real-life variety.

For the largest event needs, wisteria sprays are a branch more than 5 feet long with flowers swathing nearly two feet.  This large scale is needed for focal arrangements in large urns, planters and more.

Today, Pioneer's wisteria is available in 12 colors, some of which are botanically correct colors and some that are intentionally imaginary. What does that mean? Wisteria naturally blooms in pink, purple and white, not yellow. But it is easy to imagine it would!

We also ensure our quality is top notch. For event work, trust a real wholesaler with exclusive product development, quality control, and live customer service here to help.

About Wisteria Prices

Today, fresh wisteria can be found for more than $100 a stem. Silk wisteria is far more economical for event budgets. And Pioneer's wisteria product is exclusive to us. (Did you know any item that starts with PW we designed, and you will not find anywhere else?)

About Wisteria Season

Most wisteria vines begin blooming in spring and may carry on into summer. It may be difficult to find in the off-season but customers love the look of wisteria year-round. Botanically-correct, our springtime colors of wisteria make spring and summer events easier. Our rich gold and burgundy wisteria work well in autumn, and crisp white resembles snow at winter events.
