Shipping Information & Policies

Shipping Rates

We work hard to save you money on shipping! Due to our shipping volume, we have negotiated very favorable rates for FedEx, UPS, and truck deliveries. We also ship USPS. To give you the best rates, we do not estimate shipping. Once your order is pulled and packed, the best shipping rate will be calculated for you. If you request it, we are happy to call you with the final total including shipping.

USPS Orders

We are happy to ship via the US Postal Service, but you must allow an extra day for the package to be picked up. For same-day USPS shipping, there is an extra $23 handling charge.

Shipping Range

  • Standard Shipping: All U.S. states and properties, such as Guam or Puerto Rico, and US Naval Bases
  • Special Shipping: The Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, Bermuda, and other countries are generally best made through a freight forwarder in the U.S. Contact us for special arrangements to these areas or other countries.

Overnight Delivery

Overnight Delivery is possible for FedEx, UPS, or USPS. However, please note that when you ship something overnight or second day you are buying a plane ticket for the box which can cost hundreds of dollars, depending on the size of the package.

Valid Delivery Address

Customer must provide a valid delivery address where someone can receive the merchandise from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Customer is responsible for redelivery charges if redelivery is required.

Commercial/Residential Deliveries

We recommend that you provide us with a commercial delivery address. FedEx, UPS, and commercial truck lines charge additional fees for residential deliveries.

Refused Shipments

The customer is still responsible for shipping both ways as the delivery company will charge us freight not only to the delivery address but also back to our warehouse. Be sure that someone will be on hand to accept delivery!

C.O.D. Orders

FedEx and UPS charge an extra fee for C.O.D. deliveries. Currently, the fee is $14.50. Truck C.O.D. deliveries are much more expensive, and we avoid them wherever possible.
