Our Sample Room is where design ideas move from inspiration to reality. It features single pieces from most of our current product line. Floral designers, event planners, gift basket companies, and other professionals are welcome to visit and explore their product needs. The space is designed as a focused workspace where your purchasing team can plan designs and build either a single order or a strategy for an entire season.
With thousands of items available for professionals, the Sample Room offers everything you need to color match and examine product mechanics up close. While it does not feature inspirational displays, it serves as a well-designed work area to guide your purchasing decisions. We offer this shopping convenience to help streamline your ordering process.
The Sample Room is open Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Please place orders by 4:00 p.m. to allow time for preparation, billing, and loading. We are located at 500 West Bagley Rd., Berea, OH 44017. Walk-ins are welcome; appointments are recommended.

Only one company is permitted in the Sample Room at a time, with a maximum of 6 individuals.
Children are welcome but must remain with their parent or guardian at all times.
Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome.
A computer station is available to place orders online, check inventory, and receive email confirmation.
You may also use your own device (smartphone or tablet) to place orders via our website.
If you prefer to use a written order form, one will be provided. Please allow extra time for our staff to enter your order.
We’re happy to pull your order before you leave. Please allow time for this and wait in the designated area.
While we do not offer personal shopping services, a phone is available to contact our office team with questions.
Payment must be processed before departure via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex) or invoiced with Net 30 terms (if previously approved).
Checks and cash are not accepted on site.

Guests must remain within the Sample Room area while on Pioneer’s campus.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed anywhere on the property.
Public restrooms are not available.
Please refrain from eating or drinking in the Sample Room.
Any conduct that disrupts operations or endangers the health, safety, or well-being of others is strictly prohibited.
