Sample Room Policies & Appointment Booking
The Pioneer Family Welcomes You to Our Sample Room!
Our Sample Room is where design ideas are taken from inspiration to reality. It consists of single pieces of most of our current product line. Floral designers, event designers, gift basket companies and other professionals are welcome to visit to discern their product need. It is designed to be a focused workspace where your purchasing team can privately spend time planning your designs and building either a single order or a creating a strategy for an entire season.
With thousands of items for the professional, the Sample Room has what you need to color match and view mechanics up close. It does not offer inspirational designs, but rather is a functional work area to guide your purchase. We offer this shopping convenience to help build your orders.
The Sample Room is open, by appointment only, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm. It is located at 500 West Bagley Rd., Berea, OH 44017

In order to make your experience as productive as possible, we kindly ask you to adhere to the responsibilities and policies below:
Requirements to Visit
- We only sell wholesale. We do not sell retail.
- You must be an established business in a related trade in order to purchase from us.
- A State Tax Resale number or Vendor's License Number is required. Since you are purchasing in the state of Ohio, you must complete a Ohio Sales Tax Exemption Form in order to purchase, even if your business is located in another state.
Appointment Required
- Please respect the allotted time that you choose from our available calendar of timeslots, with a maximum of 2 hours.
Visitors Permitted
- Only one company will be allowed in the Sample Room at a time with no more than a maximum of 6 individuals permitted.
- Children are welcome, but must stay near their parent/guardian at all times.
- Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome.
Order Placement
- Recommended: A computer station is provided to easily place your order online, review available inventory, and receive immediate email confirmation.
- You are welcome to use your personal device (smartphone or tablet) to place your order via our website.
- For those who prefer to use a written order form, this will be provided, but please allow extra time for our staff to enter your order upon completion.
- Any discount codes are only valid if you place the order via our website, either using your personal device or the computer provided.
- We are happy to pull your order before you leave. Please allow extra time for this and wait in the provided waiting area.
- Our pricing structure does not allow for a personal shopping service, however, a phone is provided to contact our office team for brief questions.
Payment Methods
- Payment will be processed before you depart by credit card (VISA, MC, Discover, Amex) or invoiced with Net30 terms (If previously approved). Checks and cash are not accepted on site.
Fees
- Orders under $100 will incur a $10 small order fee.
Photography
- We do allow photography for the explicit purposes of:
- Sharing your purchase decision with a client or colleague who is not in attendance.
- Posting on your business' social media or webpage to promote the product you are selling.
General Safety
- If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your visit! If you come on site and are visibly ill, we will require that you wear a mask or return at a later date.
- Guests must stay within the Sample Room area while on Pioneer’s campus.
- No weapons or firearms permitted on the premises.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited on our property.
- Public Restrooms are not available.
- No food or drink is allowed in the Sample Room except water.
- Conduct that interferes with the operations or management of Pioneer or which endangers the health, safety or well-being of others is expressly prohibited.
