What is it like to work at Pioneer?

We will work with you to set a schedule that works for both you and the position that you are applying for, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Overtime, nights and weekend hours are occasionally offered, but never required.

You'll keep a busy pace that’s not overwhelming – days go fast, you leave feeling accomplished -- but not stressed out!

You'll work in a clean, spacious warehouse environment – 24,000 feet of organized systems, focused on safety.

Current Available Positions

Overview: This position includes a variety of warehouse assignments, including picking and packing orders, unloading and loading trucks, and stocking the warehouse. Other duties assigned as needed. This is a busy, active, position. 

Start Date: Options for One Month Temporary (August 2026), Four Month Temporary (July-October 2026) or Regular Employment. 

Weekly Hours: 24-40 hours per week

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED

Technical Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Able to work in a relatively clean warehouse environment (including some dust) and walking on/standing on concrete floors for most of the shift
  • Able to quickly navigate thru merchandise aisles to pick orders while pushing a cart
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic computer skills are a plus but not required

Personal Skills/Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate our company’s core values at all times

  • Reliable attendance/punctual
  • Accurate
  • Displays care for the assignment
  • Willing to think through tasks

Wage: This position has a range of $16-$19/hr, depending on previous experience.
