We sell B2B only. In most states, a signed sales tax exemption form is required to purchase.  Our minimum order is $125.

Order Processing Policies

Warehouse Pickups

Standard Period - When our shipping window is at 1-4 days.

  • Standard orders (non-rushes) will be processed in normal rotation, we will call when it is ready.
  • Orders are invoiced and charged on the day they are pulled.
  • Once invoiced, orders will be held for up to 1 week.
  • If not picked up within that time, the order will be returned to stock and refunded to the original payment method.
  • Pickup appointments are appreciated but not required. You may schedule one when placing your order or when you're notified that it's ready.

High Demand Period - When our shipping window is at 5 days or more.

  • During high-demand periods, pickup orders will be ready in half the time of standard shipping orders — as a courtesy to customers who invest their time to drive to us. For example, if the current shipping window is 6 business days, your pickup order will be ready in approximately 3 business days.
  • Orders are invoiced and charged on the day they are pulled.
  • Once invoiced, orders will be held for up to 1 week.
  • If not picked up within that time, the order will be returned to stock and refunded to the original payment method.
  • Pickup appointments are appreciated but not required. You may schedule one when placing your order or when you're notified that it's ready.

 

Rush Order Policy

Standard Period (Shipping window: 1–4 business days)

  • No additional charge for rush service.
  • Rush orders typically ship the next business day. Same-day shipping may be considered — please contact us for current availability.
  • For express delivery, orders must be finalized by 1:00 PM EST to qualify.

High-Demand Periods (Shipping window: 5+ business days)

  • A $50 rush fee applies for the next available rush slot.
  • Rush availability is subject to current order volume and capacity.

Order Adjustments and Merges

Standard Period (Shipping window: 1–4 business days)

  • Orders can be adjusted at no charge anytime before a team member begins pulling the order.
  • Changes requested after pulling has begun will incur a $10 change fee.
  • Multiple orders can be merged at any time before pulling begins.

High-Demand Periods (Shipping window: 5+ business days)

  • Orders may be adjusted within 24 hours of submission and still retain their original place in line.
  • Adjustments made after 24 hours will be requeued based on the date of the change, not the original order date.
  • Changes requested after pulling has begun will incur a $10 change fee.
