• Financial benefit – Lock in your prices. The price of the baskets in our prebook is the price you pay when it’s delivered. Period. The price will not go up even if ocean freight or manufacturing costs increase over the next six months! In a volatile economy, consider this key advantage! (Note: Ocean freight is currently at the lowest rate it’s been at for years, don’t miss that window!) When you wait to order, you run the risk of paying a higher price from any supplier!
• Promotional discount – As a thank you for prebooking, we extend a 10% discount for orders placed during the prebook period May 15-June 22, 2023. We never want to disappoint a customer, and the best way to ensure stock is through communication. The prebook order form is an easy way to give us answers. Help us help you and save more!
• Certain supply - Although we carry many of these baskets year-round, if you don’t prebook the volume you need, it may not be available. This is the time of year to claim your inventory. If you don’t prebook, you risk supply running out. Don’t risk a sellout of your favorite basket. Product is reserved for you.
• Planned deliveries – You get to pick the date your baskets arrive! When you place your order during the prebook period, you get to select the date they arrive at your door, between October 1 and November 30. You don’t have to be sitting on the inventory before you need it. Plan for it to arrive in time for the season and staff. The prebook order allows us to hold your reserved stock until you are ready for it at your store.
• Retail planning -- We all know we should plan ahead, but it’s difficult to carve out the time in a busy schedule. Starting with your prebook order, this intentional order will set you up for success. Now you can plan the designs you will offer, set their retail price point for profitability, and schedule labor. Spending the time planning your fall and winter seasons will save you headaches in the long run! When it’s gift basket season you’ll have locked in costs, calculated labor and profit ensured.
• Marketing support – By selecting products earlier, you can plan your retail outreach. Plan your designs, reach current and new customers, with planned marketing of baskets. We will provide free marketing tools to anyone who places a prebook order. With your order confirmation, you will receive a link to download photos of the baskets. We grant you permission to use this on your own website and social media for consumer outreach. We will also provide one free sample of any basket on your prebook order and ship it at the time of prebook order. This allows you to work with it hands-on with your team to create complete designs and understand labor needs.
