Welcome to the Pioneer Imports & Wholesale Sample Room!

In the past few years, our business, like so many others, has gone thru times of change and reinvention. One of these exciting changes is our redesigned Sample Room. By appointment only, we welcome your company, starting September 20, 2023.

Our new Sample Room is a different concept than our previous showroom. Of course you will be happy to see the products in person to match colors and check the materials.  But this is also designed to be a focused workspace where your purchasing team can privately spend time planning your designs and building either a single order or a creating a strategy for an entire season.

What you WILL see in the new Sample Room:

• Single pieces of most of our current product line for all seasons
• A computer to check availability and place your order online via our website

What you WILL NOT see in the new Sample Room:

• Any other customers - the Appointment Only system allows each customer to have a private shopping and planning experience
• Inspirational designs - this is a product-only work room
• Clearance or cash and carry items to sort thru - our clearance items are all available to shop online

Why visit the Sample Room?
There are a handful of reasons why making a buying trip to our Sample Room would be advantageous.

• Highly sensitive color situations: One of the main purposes is to help you check colors carefully. As we know, color is everything. If you have fabrics or other elements you can bring to hold alongside a flower, we encourage this.
• Building pallet-sized orders for your seasonal line: When you’re ordering for an entire season, see how complementary materials bring your vision to life. By selecting containers, silk flowers and silk plants together alongside one another, the result is a larger order you can be proud of and confident meets your needs. This is truly for those who are ordering for an entire season, filling pallets without worry.
• Highly sensitive size situations: If you’re building corporate baskets in bulk, dropping in potted plants, or other reasons you’d just want to make sure your items fit for a season-long purchase, we invite you to come see if it works before you place your large order.
• Touch and feel the products: We know our quality is unmatched. If you want to see how items are constructed, you can. We go the extra mile and are happy to show you.
• You happen to be in our area for other business, or you’re new a new buyer of Pioneer: We know we can meet or surpass any supplier. Come see for yourself our thousands of sample items, and rest easy knowing we are a partner you can trust.

The Sample Room is open, by appointment only, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm. It is located at 500 West Bagley Rd., Berea, OH 44017.

Can’t get to the sample room?

We understand! Life is busy and travel isn’t always necessary. Here are some ways to get what you need without a trip to the Sample Room:

• Read all the product specs on our website. Pioneer is one of the only companies who provides you the level of detail on size, material, color and more with full transparency before you buy.
• Visit our design gallery! If you can’t picture how the item will look in a finished design, see how our AIFD designers have done it!
• Order some! Our items have a very low minimum order. For often less than $20 you can have the item in front of you – viewing it in different light, with different fabrics, and playing with it in design.
