Prom Trends 2023 - This season’s fashion reports are showing trends that will be easy to complement with a thoughtful inventory of wristlets, ribbons, corsage accessories and silk flowers.

Just as an experienced server in your favorite restaurant can recommend the best wine to complement a wonderful entrée, show your prom customers that they can rely on you to recommend the best body flowers to complement their dress.
Help your clients express themselves through their prom flowers and show they are not only relevant, but desirable, accessories. By using permanent materials, you have more versatility in color and texture to show what you can do.
It’s important to understand some fashion elements having a moment to get ready to embrace in body flowers.
- One-shoulder dresses balance the body flowers well. This is a great opportunity to do flowers in contrasting colors so they pop in the frame they are given! Shop by color!
- Corset styles have boning that make everything more tailored, so a wired ribbon or cuff-style wristlet will complement this girl’s style, giving a sculpted and chic look.
- Sheer cutouts or illusion panels make geometric pattern on many of today’s dress styles. A sheer ribbon on wristlets will be a must-have to coordinate. Find sheer ribbons in a variety of colors here.
- Lace. It’s having a moment overlaying and embellishing dresses. Try a cuff-style wristlet that also uses the open weave pattern like lace does. And instead of using flimsy or delicate lace in corsages, consider a ribbon with lacy texture or even use leaves with a coordinating effect.
- Bold color. With so many teens embracing color, their flowers should do the same. This is the client who embraces an avant-garde style like turquoise ranunculus or watermelon cabbage roses.
